In this role, you will take ownership of the ServiceNow platform end-to-end ensuring it is well-maintained, fit for purpose, and evolving in line with business needs. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Administering and maintaining the ServiceNow platform, including upgrades, patches, user access management, and instance health monitoring.
- Configuring and supporting core ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, and Asset Management.
- Designing and building workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, Flow Designer automations, and Service Catalogue items.
- Developing and maintaining integrations between ServiceNow and business systems including Microsoft Azure AD and third-party platforms via REST/SOAP APIs.
- Writing and maintaining JavaScript-based scripts including Business Rules, Script Includes, and Scheduled Jobs.
- Developing reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics to support visibility of IT service performance against SLAs.
- Maintaining thorough platform documentation, contributing to the Knowledge Base, and supporting Change Management processes.
- Ensuring compliance with SOX IT General Controls and supporting segregation of duties requirements for Finance Applications.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Computing Science or a related discipline.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) highly desirable.
- ITIL Foundation Certificate required.
- 24 years of hands-on ServiceNow administration experience, with demonstrated development capability.
- Proficiency in JavaScript scripting within ServiceNow, including Business Rules, Script Includes, and Client Scripts.
- Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Service Catalogue, and Performance Analytics.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure AD, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Exposure to REST/SOAP API integrations and web services.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
