Overview:
The Serviceability Engineer is responsible for driving product support excellence by defining service parts requirements, diagnostics, and technical service information for assigned products. This role ensures that new product introductions and sustaining programs meet serviceability standards while supporting operational efficiency and product reliability.
You will play a key role in enhancing customer experience through service-focused product development and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Will Do:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive service parts lists including FRUs and CRUs for assigned products
- Conduct Design for Serviceability reviews with product development teams
- Collaborate with global engineering teams to ensure proper material and BOM integration within systems
- Define service diagnostic specifications and technical requirements
- Validate and verify service parts to ensure quality, functionality, and reliability
- Support development and review of service information and technical documentation
- Track engineering changes and ensure proper communication with appropriate stakeholders
- Review service manual updates and support content accuracy initiatives
- Perform service procedure documentation including photo and video-based technical instructions
- Assist with supporting material setup, analysis, and serviceability process improvements
What You Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
- Experience in product development or technical engineering environments preferred
- Knowledge of hardware imaging design is considered an advantage
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities across global environments
