Qualifications
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Electronics/Computer/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
May consider graduate any related Vocational Courses
At least 2 years experience in equipment maintenance and servicing
Knowledgeable in PLC and other automated controls operation and troubleshooting.
Knowledgeable in repair and maintenance of automated equipment and parts.
Familiar with different industrial components and parts (Delta, Siemens, SICK, Mean Well, ABB, etc.)
Able to read and understand schematic diagram.
Able to handle difficult or unexpected situation in a workplace.
Must be willing to travel nationwide and overseas.
Must have a professional appearance
With experience with industrial machinery, food industry
Responsibilities
Installing and testing products, equipment, and machinery and providing instructions to
customers on the proper usage of their product.
Identify issues of the machine and fixing/ replacing faulty parts.
Train personnel of clients on machinery operations and maintenance of equipment sold.
Perform scheduled and unscheduled activities as instructed.
Promote and sell machines, equipment and spare parts.
Answering telephone inquiries and assisting clients.
Responsible in after-sales service.
Skills
People person, customer-oriented and very organized
Analytical, self-disciplined and highly motivated
With good oral and written communication skills in English
Knowledgeable in using Microsoft office software
With valid driver's license preferred.
