Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate of Technical/Vocational course in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or any related field
• With experience as a Service Technician, preferably handling power tools or equipment
• Knowledgeable in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues
• Ability to perform inspection, diagnosis, and repair of defective units
• Familiar with using testing tools and repair equipment
• Able to read and understand technical manuals and service instructions
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in identifying faults
• Physically fit and capable of handling tools and equipment
• Good communication skills for providing repair updates when needed
• Organized and able to manage multiple service requests
• Responsible, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Willing to be assigned at INGCO Service Center – South Caloocan
• Willing to start ASAP
  
  

Job Description

• Inspect and diagnose defective tools and equipment
• Perform troubleshooting for electrical and mechanical issues
• Repair or replace faulty components as required
• Conduct testing to ensure units are working properly after repair
• Follow service procedures and manufacturer repair guidelines
• Maintain records of service activities and repair status
• Ensure compliance with safety standards during repair work
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Assist in preventive maintenance of service center equipment
• Coordinate with service team regarding repair workload and priorities
• Perform other technical duties assigned by the supervisor
