About the role:
Responsible to support technical services needs of ACMobility's EV Charging installations.Provides diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair services, as well as performing routine maintenance, to ensure all charging systems operate efficiently and comply with safety standards, while delivering excellent support to customers and partners.
Responsibilities:
- Performsdiagnosis, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of EV charging infrastructure and equipmentto identify potential issues, ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime
- Reports and escalatesundocumented issues found during service execution to ensure all activities comply with company policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Representsthe company at customer locations with the highest standards of professional conductby addressing client concerns and ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
- Respond to service calls for equipment failures, providing both on-site and remote support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a 2-year Electronics/Electrical Vocational or Technical course
- Knows how to drive
- At least five (5) years of related work experience
- With NC II in Electronic Products Assembly and Servicing or Electrical Installation and Maintenance preferred
- Able to understand product specifications and other related technical documentation
- With strong electronics/electrical diagnostics and repair aptitude.
- Must possess a valid driver's license for 2 and 4 wheeled vehicles, with a clean and acceptable driving record.
