Role Description The Service Sales Supervisor is a direct-hire, on-site role based in Cebu, responsible for driving service sales performance and ensuring high-quality customer support. This role oversees service sales activities, including preparing proposals, coordinating quotations, and monitoring service contracts and renewals. The supervisor leads and guides the service sales team, sets targets, tracks performance, and implements strategies to grow service revenue. Daily tasks include engaging with customers to understand service needs, resolving service-related issues, and coordinating with technical and operations teams to ensure timely and satisfactory service delivery. The role also involves training team members, preparing reports, and supporting continuous improvement of service processes and customer experience.

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for assessing service performance, sales data, and market opportunities.
• Candidates should possess Team Management and Training skills to supervise, coach, and develop service sales team members.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to build relationships, handle inquiries, and manage customer expectations.
• Candidates should have experience in service or technical sales, ideally in HVAC, engineering, or related industries.
• Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations) and reporting tools.
• Candidates should be able to work on-site in Cebu, with strong organizational skills and a focus on meeting targets and deadlines.
