About the Role:

The responsibilities of General Manager will include but not be limited to:
. Build and establish the New Services division of United Petroleum Philippines
. Monitor and manage KPIs such as SLA compliance, quality, productivity, and cost efficiency
. Understand and participate in business transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency, automation, and scalability
. Build strong partnerships with United Petroleum Australia executives and internal stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment
. Assist to develop and execute operational strategies aligned with client and company objectives
. Foster a high-performance, people-centric culture emphasizing accountability, learning, and engagement
. Implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent methodologies
. Assist in management of the budget for the BPO site, ensuring cost efficiencies are implemented
. Prepare and analyse reports, forecasts, and operational budgets
. Review and understand and ensure contractual obligations and service-level agreements are consistently met or exceeded.
. Ensure adherence to local data privacy, health & safety, and regulatory standards
. Maintain compliance with company policies, client requirements, and industry best practices.
. Develop risk management, People operations, and business continuity planning.

What You Need:

. 3-5 years track record at a leadership level in retail, QSR or BPO serving multisite retail operations
. Some operations experience leading a multi-faceted team
. Experience in the retail gasoline business would be an advantage, but not essential
. Ability to lead teams across diverse business functions some experience or exposure to areas such as, facilities management, marketing, analytics, customer service, finance, or HR will be highly regarded.Bacheloru0027s degree in business administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
. Demonstrated expertise in process optimization, client relationship management, and people leadership
. Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
. Strong financial management and P&L experience
. Strong Client Partnership & Relationship Management experience ideally gained in a BPO
. Prior BPO experience at a senior leadership level advantageous.
