About the Role
As a Service Operations Associate, you will be part of the Pio Service Department, supporting the day-to-day operational and administrative requirements of the team. You will play a key role in coordinating service operations, managing inventory and order-related processes, and supporting customer and brand requirements, ensuring efficient service delivery and operational excellence
Key Responsibilities
- Service Operations & Coordination
- Provide operational and administrative support to the HF Service Department
- Coordinate with internal departments, external providers, and suppliers regarding customer concerns and brand requirements
- Assist in handling customer inquiries, installation requests, service requests, and order processing activities
- Inventory & Process Management
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse and procurement teams to maintain adequate stock availability
- Track and analyze operational performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvements
- Develop and maintain operational reports and dashboards to support business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement operational enhancements and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Support special projects and initiatives as assigned
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Results-oriented mindset and strong teamwork skills
Nice-to-Have (Optional but recommended!)
- Experience in operations, customer service, administrative support, or related functions
- Knowledge of inventory management and reporting processes
- Experience using reporting tools, dashboards, or data analysis platforms
