Our Identity Access Management team is looking for an Identity Access Management Analyst or Service Operations Analyst to contribute to the incident and service request management and project support activities of Macquarie.

What role will you play
As part of a cross-functional agile team, you will be responsible for supporting infrastructure system and business application access administration activities at Macquarie.
You will also be applying technical expertise to create new solutions and enhance existing ones, ensuring critical system security and compliance to set controls standards. Additionally, you will be working with key stakeholders in problem investigations, defect analysis, identifying and implementing solutions and driving improvements.
What You Offer
- At least 3 years experience in Identity Access Management or in a similar function
- A Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field
- Knowledge of database architecture and scripting including SQL and Oracle
- Experience in SDLC, Agile development, or DevOps methodologies
- Experience using service management tools such as Remedy, Helix or ServiceNow
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge and experience with Active Directory, Database Access Administration, UNIX, PowerShell, Sailpoint IIQ and AWS or other Cloud environments.
