Service Operation Analyst

Platform Management:

Proactive Monitoring: Monitor and manage application and system resources, including processes, online interfaces, file systems, and CPU/memory utilization.

Daily Checks: Perform morning and evening checks to ensure system health and functionality

SQL DBA Activities: DB Backup, Restoration, Coordination with TAF team for Replication, Always On, Security.

Windows/Middleware: Server Access, Coordination for patch management, Disk space, Certificate Renewals, AXWAY Workflow (CFT/ST), Vulnerabilities (Qualys & EPA).

Activities: AR, DR, Application related Service Management.

Vendor Management:

Coordinating with Netsol and TAF-P for Application and Infra support and planned activities.

Routine Operations:

Perform routine daily operations, GTM Handling, DB Backup and Log file sharing, Morning and Evening checks monitoring, fault detection, Application configurations, initial troubleshooting for globally managed systems, providing application and server access to customers.

Stakeholder Communication: Periodically share P1 and P2 communication with all stakeholders to keep them informed of high-priority issues and resoluti Deployments: Datafix and Hotfix deployments in PROD and Non-Prod Servers.

Ascent, DTP, RMW Incident and request handling, JIRA & Confluence Access and support.

Task Handover: Ensure proper handover of open, pending, and closed tasks to the next shift to maintain continuity and avoid information loss.
