SERVICE OFFICER

Description:

• Build strong relationships with customers in order to gain full understanding of their needs and work to serve them effectively
• Manage record and resolve customer complaints in prompt and professional manner
• Handle customer's medical needs
• Gather customer information as required
• Monitor customer's medical status
  • Evaluate and correlates medical interventions and charges

Duties and Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-year course
• Preferably Bachelor of Science major in Nursing, Accounting, Finance
• With or without work experience
• Willing to work on Office - based with field work
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Full time positions
• Amenable to work on a shifting schedules
