We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and optimize ServiceNow solutions supporting global business operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and develop ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, and automation

• Configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Flow Designer

• Develop REST/SOAP integrations with enterprise systems

• Manage and maintain CMDB and related platform data

• Troubleshoot issues and optimize platform performance

• Collaborate with global IT teams and business stakeholders

• Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge sharing

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience

• 5–7 years of hands-on ServiceNow development, configuration, administration, and support

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes

• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Catalog, and workflow automation

• Strong understanding of ITSM – Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management

• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and ServiceNow integrations

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with global teams

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

NICE TO HAVE

• ServiceNow CSA or other ServiceNow certifications

• Experience with ITOM Discovery, CMDB/CSDM, SAM Pro, HAM, SPM, or Platform Analytics

• Knowledge of ServiceNow security and access controls

• Experience managing DEV, QA, and PROD environments

• Experience working with international/distributed IT teams
