Service Now Developer

Description

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, with the ability to design, implement, and support various ServiceNow applications and functionalities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications.
• Customize ServiceNow functionalities using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Create and maintain ServiceNow reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues within the ServiceNow platform.
• Participate in the ServiceNow upgrade process and testing of new features.
• Document technical specifications, designs, and procedures for future reference.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for customizing ServiceNow applications.
• Strong understanding of ITIL principles and ServiceNow ITSM processes.
• Experience with ServiceNow integration using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Catalog.
• Ability to write and manage Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes in ServiceNow.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
