SERVICE NOW DEVELOPER (10+ HEADCOUNTS)

Nityo Infotech is expanding its ServiceNow team and is looking for experienced ServiceNow professionals for multiple openings across different specializations and work arrangements.

OPEN POSITIONS

1. ServiceNow Developer – CSM

Location: Makati

Work Setup: Hybrid – at least 3x onsite; must be willing to work full-time onsite when required

Salary: ₱150,000+

Schedule: Night Shift – 9:00 PM–6:00 AM or 10:00 PM–7:00 AM

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of overall IT experience
• 3–5 years of ServiceNow Development experience
• At least 3 years of Customer Service Management (CSM) experience
• Experience in IT Service Management (ITSM)

2. ServiceNow Web Developer

Location: APAC

Work Setup: Fully Remote

Schedule: EST / Night Shift

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow Development experience
• Strong experience with ITSM, CSM, and FSM
• JavaScript and Glide scripting
• REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub
• HTML, CSS, and AngularJS
• Relational databases and SQL
• ITIL knowledge
• Agile development experience

3. Senior ServiceNow Developer – Now Assist

Work Setup: Fully Remote

Salary: ₱200,000

Schedule: 1:00 PM–10:00 PM

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow experience
• At least 1–2 years of Now Assist experience
• Experience with AI/GenAI capabilities is an advantage
• Preferred certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS Data Foundation/CMDB/CSDM, and AI/GenAI micro-certifications
• At least 2 relevant certifications preferred

4. ServiceNow Developer – CRM & CSM

Work Setup: Fully Remote

Salary: ₱200,000

Schedule: US Time Zone / Graveyard Shift

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow experience
• Strong ServiceNow Development background
• Experience with CRM and Customer Service Management (CSM)
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills

5. ServiceNow Support Specialist

Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa

Work Setup: Full Onsite

Salary: ₱68,000–₱80,000

Schedule: Rotational Mid and Night Shift every quarter, Monday–Friday

Requirements:

• ServiceNow support experience
• Knowledge of ServiceNow platform and applications
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willing to work fully onsite and on rotational shifts

6. ServiceNow Engineer

Location: Nuvali, Sta. Rosa, Laguna

Work Setup: Hybrid – 2 days onsite / 3 days WFH

Salary: ₱110,000–₱150,000

Schedule: Day and/or Mid Shift

Requirements:

• ServiceNow development or engineering experience
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible with work schedules as required
