Service Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily service workshop operations.
• Supervise and support mechanics and technicians.
• Create and develop programs to increase service performance.
• Monitor spare parts and accessories performance and recommend purchase order
• Monitor repair quality, productivity, and turnaround time.
• Ensure accurate vehicle diagnosis and repairs.
• Coordinate parts, tools, and workshop resources.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in automotive service operations.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and workshop operations.
