Service Manager (Marines) to take charge of our Marine Service Team and drive excellence in technical support, service delivery, and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage the Marine Service Team in delivering technical support and services aligned with company policies and business objectives.
- Drive service performance, sales targets, and customer satisfaction through effective leadership and process improvement.
- Oversee service operations, provide technical guidance on work orders, and implement initiatives to achieve overall Marine Service goals.
What We're Looking For
- Graduate of any five‑year Engineering course.
- 7–8 years of relevant work experience in heavy equipment, marine service, machinery engines, or related industries.
- At least 2 years of leadership experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
