What You'll Be Doing
- Supervise and oversee daily branch operations, ensuring strict adherence to policies and procedures.
- Manage operational efficiency in New Accounts, Accounting, and Investment sections.
- Support marketing efforts by cross-selling bank products and services.
- Ensure staff members understand product offerings to meet client needs and achieve branch targets.
- Coordinate with support units and other branches to maintain compliance with bank standards.
