As a Service Manager, you are a key leader in ensuring the branch operates efficiently and delivers exceptional service to clients. You thrive in a fast-paced banking environment, balancing operational excellence with strong customer engagement. Your role is critical in maintaining compliance, supporting marketing initiatives, and driving branch performance.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supervise and oversee daily branch operations, ensuring strict adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Manage operational efficiency in New Accounts, Accounting, and Investment sections.
  • Support marketing efforts by cross-selling bank products and services.
  • Ensure staff members understand product offerings to meet client needs and achieve branch targets.
  • Coordinate with support units and other branches to maintain compliance with bank standards.
