Service Leader - Front Office (Horizon) to join our team!
Key Responsibilities
- Have a complete knowledge of the operational systems at Front Office.
- Build relationship with guests to delight and gain loyalty.
- Take note, collect, and take action on any guests preferences.
- Ensure all interactions with guests are handled professionally and with care adhering to hotel's policies and procedure.
- Supervise Horizon Club operations and workflow to maximize guests satisfaction.
- Know all the emergency procedures and the appropriate response during each emergency situation.
About You
- Is presentable, articulate, and well-groomed.
- Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language).
- Is a college graduate.
- Has a relevant experience as Front Office and Club Lounge with a supervisory position.
- Has strong engagement, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Is able to lead and motivate the team.
- Takes ownership and initiative.
- Has knowledge of OPERA (preferably).
- Is willing to work long hours.
