Designing and developing new instrumentation control systems, testing, maintaining and modifying existing systems.
Provide technical support and assistance to Sales Engineer during site surveys, product presentations, and generation of product and services proposal.
Provide immediate technical support and assistance to customers when they are encounter some issues to the supplied products and services.
Conducts technical training and product demo to customers on how to operate, maintain, and calibrate the products that EMCC is offering.
Generates service reports, technical reports, and calibration reports after conduction site surveys, and attending service request from the client.
Generating bill of materials (BOM), that are needed for an identified project scope or customer requirement.
Generating costing breakdown needed for an identified project scope or customer requirements such as manpower labor costing, material costing, tools/ equipment costing, and safety, health & PPE.
Supervise and handle a new existing project, from the start to finished with no delays, ensuing the quality of work, quality of product after installation, no accident/incident during execution, performs testing and commissioning of the product, and generation of project reports.
Monitors the cost expenditure per project and services and informs his superiors that the allotted budget for this scope of work has already depleted, needs replenishment, and if there are additional cost/expense.
Reads and interpreted technical drawings such as but not limited to piping and instrumentation diagrams, and electrical wiring diagrams.
Generates drawing templates, like electrical wiring diagrams, hookup drawings, and system architecture drawing for product presentations, and project proposals using AUTOCAD or other equivalent drawing applications.
