Service Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Heavy Equipment Mechanic/Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be flexible and willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines. This role requires extensive knowledge and experience in the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of various types of cranes and lifting equipment. The candidate should be capable of handling additional tasks assigned by the team leader or company management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance and Repair:
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on cranes and lifting equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in cranes.
• Repair or replace defective parts, components, and systems.
• Inspection and Testing:
• Conduct thorough inspections of cranes to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Perform load testing and functional testing to verify the performance and safety of cranes.
• Installation and Assembly:
• Assist in the installation and assembly of new cranes and lifting equipment.
• Ensure proper setup and alignment according to manufacturer specifications.
• Technical Support:
• Provide technical support and assistance to clients and operators regarding crane operation and maintenance.
• Offer training and guidance on the safe and efficient use of crane machinery.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repair activities.
• Prepare service reports and documentation of work performed.
• Compliance and Safety:
• Adhere to all safety protocols and industry regulations during service operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Flexibility and Adaptability:
• Willingness to be assigned to various locations across the Philippines as needed.
• Adapt to changing work environments and handle additional tasks as assigned by the team leader or company management.

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in crane technology and industry trends.
