Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Engineer, based in Quezon City. The Service Engineer will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing diagnostic medical equipment. Daily tasks include troubleshooting technical issues, providing preventive maintenance, conducting equipment calibrations, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The Service Engineer will also provide customer training and support to ensure effective utilization of the equipment.

Qualifications

• Technical expertise in troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, and calibration
• Proficiency in understanding and solving diagnostic equipment issues
• Strong communication and customer service skills to provide effective technical support and training
• Knowledge in safety standards and regulatory compliance for medical equipment
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage time and resources
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related technical field. Preferably a licensed ECE.
• Prior experience in the in vitro diagnostics or healthcare technology sector is an advantage
• Willingness to work on-site in NCR & outside, travel as required
