Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Service Technician/engineer. The Service Technician/engineer will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, providing field service at client sites, and ensuring optimal equipment functionality. Additional responsibilities include offering excellent customer service to address client concerns and maintaining equipment for peak performance.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Maintenance and Repair of industrial machines
- Strong Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve issues effectively
- Experience in Field Service and working directly in client environments
- Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and support
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Ability to adapt and solve problems in remote or on-site settings
- Background in industrial food processing equipment is a plus
- Relevant engineering degree, technical certifications or vocational training in related fields
