Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Engineer, based in Dagupan City, Ilocos Region. The Service Engineer is responsible for troubleshooting, performing maintenance and repairs, and providing on-site technical support for air conditioning systems. Additional responsibilities include delivering prompt field services, maintaining service equipment, and ensuring excellent communication with clients to address their needs effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Troubleshooting and Field Service techniques
• Skilled in Maintenance & Repair of air conditioning systems
• Experience in providing Technical Support for HVAC systems
• Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
• Ability to work on-site and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Relevant experience or education in mechanical or electrical engineering
• Background in the HVAC industry is an advantage, with salesmanship experience is a plus.
• Must hold a valid driver's license
