Qualifications

TL AISA:

  • Graduate of BS Electronics/Electrical Engineering or Electronics/Electrical Technology
  • With at least 1 year work experience in preventive maintenance of auxiliary systems.
  • Familiar with configuration, estimating or troubleshooting of auxiliary systems.
  • Familiar with preventive and corrective maintenance
  • Computer literate
  • Has good communication skills
  • Willing to do field works on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance on technical equipment.

Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues.

Travel to client sites to provide on-site support.

Implement effective solutions to minimize equipment downtime.

Provide training and support to clients on equipment operation and maintenance.

Maintain detailed records of service activities and repairs.

Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment.

Conduct performance tests to ensure equipment is functioning properly.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Prepare and submit service reports and documentation.

Manage inventory of spare parts and tools.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Respond to emergency service requests in a timely manner.

Coordinate with other departments to resolve complex issues.

Provide feedback to product development teams based on client experiences.

Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
