Job Description

Qualifications

  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in Technical Support or Desktop Support
  • Skilled in ticket management
  • Familiar in perform trace routing and standalone testing
  • Knowledgeable in routers and switches
  • Experienced in remote assistant, email support, and network support
  • Knows how to do ping test
  • Amenable to work on-site in Pasig and Mandaluyong City
  • Can start immediately

Job Details

  • ON-SITE FINAL INTERVIEW
  • Project-based (3 months initial contract - extendable)
  • Location: Pasig City / Mandaluyong City
  • Shifting schedule (7am-3pm, 10am-6pm, 2PM-10pm / including weekends & holidays if needed)
  • Salary: 20,000/month

Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve IT incidents and service requests in accordance with established service levels.
  • Provide Level 1 Network Support, including basic troubleshooting and escalation of network-related issues.
  • Provide Level 1 Application Support by diagnosing and resolving common application problems and coordinating with higher support tiers when necessary.
  • Provide Level 1 Email Support, including troubleshooting email access, configuration, and connectivity issues.
  • Provide Remote Technical Assistance to users through approved remote support tools.
  • Perform overall ticket management, including ticket logging, categorization, prioritization, monitoring, escalation, and closure.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and service management standards.
