Service Desk - Level 3

Job Description

• Basic/working knowledge of Exchange on Prem, understanding idea
• Strong understanding of 365, especially Exchange on line
• Good understanding of conditional access
• Azure Intra
• Hybrid Exchange experince
• Ability to work with MS support
• Message tracking, mailflow understanding
• Splunk is a plus
• Proofpoint / Sendmail is a plus
• SMEX is a small plus
• Powershell
• Understanding of key email configuration, such as MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC

Qualifications:

• Can work on Makati (Hybrid Setup)
• Open for Mid shift or Night Shift
• Can START ASAP
• Exchange & M365: On-Prem/Online, hybrid, mail flow, message tracking, email security (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
• Security & Identity: Conditional Access, Azure Entra ID, MS Support coordination.
• Tools: PowerShell required; Splunk, Proofpoint/Sendmail, SMEX a plus.
