Job Description:

  • Provide first-level technical support to end-users by diagnosing and resolving basic IT issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Utilize ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and Jira Service Management to log, track, and manage service requests and incidents efficiently.
  • Communicate clearly with users via phone, email, or chat to understand concerns, provide updates, and ensure timely resolution of tickets.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate teams while maintaining proper documentation and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
