YOUR DAILY TASKS
  • Serve as the main contact for client service requests, creating and assigning tickets from calls, emails, voicemails, and the support inbox.
  • Verify urgency, ensure tickets are responded to within 2 hours, and escalate requests when needed.
  • Schedule and monitor Technicians using Autotask/Rocketship, keeping clients updated on progress, changes, and outages.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries professionally and ensuring quick turnaround and high satisfaction.
  • Track and report IT support resource usage, request completion, and follow Autotask PSA processes, including logging all work as service tickets.
  • Collaborate effectively with the team and support administrative projects (marketing tasks, staff/client event planning, IT Business Reviews, and presentations in PowerPoint/Excel).
ABOUT YOU
  • 3+ years of experience in triaging and scheduling for Technicians
  • Basic IT knowledge and familiarity with support tools (Autotask or similar is a plus)
  • Skilled in multitasking, prioritization, and time management
  • Accurate and detail-oriented in data entry and reporting
  • Adaptable, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills with a professional, client-focused approach
  • Experience handling administrative tasks such as event planning, scheduling, and presentations
