Location: City net, Mandaluyong (near MRT Shaw station)
Work Arrangement: Fully On-Site and Shifting schedule
For the Associate Tech Service Desk position, you will be handling clients from different countries like US, Latin America and EMEA regions.
For this position, you'll serve as the first point of contact for users experiencing hardware or software issues.
Your key responsibilities are providing basic technical support, assisting with installations and configurations, and troubleshooting common problems.
Day-to-day tasks also include resetting passwords, unlocking accounts, setting up new user profiles, and configuring Outlook and network settings.
Key Qualifications:
With Good communication and call handling skills
With basic troubleshooting skills (Password reset, account unlock, outlook troubleshooting, VPN issue etc.)
We are also open for fresh graduates and/or career shifters. Candidate must have good communication skills and basic technical knowledge.
