Your Role

As a Service Desk Analyst, you will:

Provide end-user technical support in person and remotely, resolving issues such as password resets, printer setup, software installation/reinstallation, and user access requests

Troubleshoot and support Windows Servers, Active Directory, networking fundamentals, and basic virtualization environments

Deliver timely and professional client support through phone, verbal, and written communication while maintaining service quality standards

Log, update, and manage ticketing systems to ensure accurate documentation, status tracking, and team visibility

Escalate complex technical issues to Team Leads or senior technicians when required

Maintain client relationships by understanding account preferences and ensuring responsive, service-oriented support

Support deployment and configuration of workstations, printers, network devices, and related IT peripherals

Follow security policies and procedures to ensure proper handling of client data and systems

Maintain internal knowledge bases such as IT Glue and SharePoint to support team knowledge sharing

Perform RMA processing with vendors for repair or replacement of hardware under warranty

What You Need

Non-negotiables

Minimum 1 year of Service Desk or IT Support experience, or equivalent education and experience

Basic knowledge of Windows Servers, Active Directory, Networking, and Virtualization

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Ability to work onsite and in a shifting schedule environment

Strong communication skills and customer service orientation

Preferred Skills/expertise

Microsoft certifications (Fundamentals or role-based certifications)

CompTIA A+

CompTIA Network+

Exposure to IT service desk tools and ticketing systems

Experience in end-user support in enterprise environments
