Responsibilities:
- Triage, record, and maintain incidents/requests information to aid current and future resolutions.
- Resolve incidents/fulfill requests at first contact.
- Own (single point of contact), escalate, and coordinate the activities required to resolve the incident or fulfill the request until closure.
- Control / manage further escalations as required.
- Conduct System Monitoring to ensure high availability of business critical/important systems.
- Process and fulfill new profile request and profile deletions or as per requested and stated in ITAMS.
- Monitor, detect, and manage incidents.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Graduate of any Engineering or any Computer Science related courses
- At least 1 year related experience.
- Knowledgeable in the ff:
- Windows Desktop environment
- Basic software installation and troubleshooting
- Basic internetworking computers
- Strong Customer focus
- Ability to define and solve problems.
- Very good English communication skills.
- Demonstrate desire to learn.
- Focus on accuracy, attention to detail and consistency of work.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to accept varied assignments.
- Can work with minimum supervision.
