The Service Delivery Specialist is responsible for supporting the effective execution, monitoring, and improvement of service delivery operations across assigned projects. The role works closely with Service Delivery Supervisors, R&D, L1 Support, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project coordination, timely issue resolution, and high-quality service delivery to clients and end-users.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Software Engineering related industry.
- Strong technical skills and understanding of the products and services supported by the team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
