Job Description

Monitor and manage operational performance, including KPIs, SLAs, and issue escalations.
Prepare and present service reports and business performance reviews.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and manage feedback channels to improve service delivery.
Identify and implement initiatives that enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
Drive process standardisation and continuous improvement efforts across operation.
Support workforce planning activities and capacity modelling to meet business needs.
Track employee skills, competencies, and capability development to support team growth.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
Knowledge of finance and accounting concepts and terminology is an advantage.
At least 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or IT programming roles.
Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting business process operations, with Finance Shared Services experience considered a plus.
Strong SQL expertise, including query optimisation, joins, CTEs, and window functions.
Hands on experience with BI platforms such as Power BI, Power Apps, Tableau, Looker, or Qlik.
Familiarity with financial systems such as Oracle, SAP, or JDE is advantageous.
Good understanding of BPO performance metrics and operational processes.
Experience managing and analysing large datasets using relational databases such as SQL Server, Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery.
Programming skills are beneficial.
