Role:
As a PMO Service Delivery Manager, you will lead a high-performing team and ensure the successful delivery of services through effective management and continuous improvement. Your key tasks include:
- Monitoring and controlling team performance to ensure adherence to systems, methodologies, and procedures
- Providing ongoing coaching and development support to team members
- Driving change and influencing positive outcomes through strong leadership
- Ensuring processes are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with business goals
- Implementing and managing process changes and optimizations
- Collaborating closely with headquarters and international subsidiaries
Requirements:
- C1 English (both spoken and written)
- Previous work experience (or equivalent) in project management and Service Delivery, preferable in IT field/ services
- Strong leadership, people management, and conflict resolution skills
- High proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Flexible and receptive to evolving responsibilities and changing priorities in a dynamic environment
- Nice to Have: Familiarity with IT services and Ticketing tools
- Willing to work onsite - SM North EDSA
- Amenable to work either afternoon or evening shift (4pm-1am PHT OR 10pm-7am PHT), depending on business needs
