Job Description

Role Summary:

The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and management of the organization and client's cybersecurity infrastructure and operations. This role ensures the protection of digital assets, compliance with regulatory requirements, and effective incident response. The manager will oversee technical teams, drive security initiatives, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain a robust security posture.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, or related field (master's preferred).
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of security frameworks, technologies, and threat landscapes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must possess strong project management capabilities, with proven experience in policy development and process establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Strategy

  • Develop and execute cybersecurity strategies aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and mentor a team of cybersecurity engineers and support staff.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to assess risk and propose security enhancements and investments.

Security Operations

  • Oversee daily security operations including threat monitoring, vulnerability management, and incident response.
  • Manage Security Operations Center (SOC) activities, ensuring timely detection and resolution of security incidents.
  • Implement and maintain security tools such as SIEM, firewalls, endpoint protection, and intrusion detection systems.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities.
  • Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies, procedures, and documentation.

Technical Oversight

  • Lead the deployment and maintenance of cybersecurity infrastructure and technologies.
  • Provide technical guidance on secure architecture, network security, and cloud security.
  • Coordinate with IT and DevOps teams to integrate security into system design and development lifecycles.

Incident Response & Recovery

  • Establish and manage incident response protocols and disaster recovery plans.
  • Lead investigations of security breaches and coordinate remediation efforts.
  • Report incidents and risk metrics to senior management and stakeholders.

Training & Awareness

  • Promote cybersecurity awareness across the organization through training and communication.
  • Stay updated on emerging threats, technologies, and best practices.

Preferred with relevant Certifications such as:

  • CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
  • CISM (Certified Information Security Manager)
  • CompTIA Security+ or CySA+
  • CC
  • ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer or Auditor

Office Location: Zuellig Building Makati City

Office Hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday
