Drive and coordinate key business transformation initiatives, including Business Process Reengineering (BPR) and SAP S/4HANA implementation. As a Service Delivery Lead, you will partner with business leaders, PMO, IT teams, and implementation partners to ensure project milestones, governance, change management, testing, and readiness activities are delivered successfully.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate transformation activities, project plans, milestones, risks, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
- Lead workshop planning, governance reporting, stakeholder engagement, and documentation management.
- Support organizational readiness, change management, testing, cutover, and hypercare activities for SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in transformation, PMO, change management, project coordination, or ERP/SAP implementation environments.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project tracking skills.
