Change and Service Request Managers roles are the single point of coordination for Changes and Customized Service Requests (mini projects). They act as the link between Customer, delivery team and Aeven Service Lines.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and process information from technical experts and convey this into a coherent form that can be relayed to SDM or customer directly
- Review Change information e.g. Business Justification, Risk assessment and fall-back plan.
- Ensure data for invoicing payable Changes is available and correct
- Validate CSR from customers and ensure proper documentation of requirements and update CSR data continually
- Independently conduct prequalification meetings with customer and coordinate with Service Owners and Architects in order to define solution, cost, required resources, and delivery dates. Based on this, prepare proposals for CSR tasks and ensure customer acceptance of proposal
- Hand-over CSR projects to Client management or change management where relevant
- Change and Service Request managers are mainly there to ensure that Changes to our customers environments happens without unexpected impact, within agreed time limits and that we ensure invoicing for the hours spent
- As a Change and Service Request Manager you will have a very big interface with all parts of the AEVEN organization and key customer contacts.
- You will have an informal leadership role centeret around the Changes and Service Requests within your responsibility.
- Many have also used this role to move forward to other positions in Delivery Management, Project Management or People Management.
Job Requirements:
- Years of experience as a Change or Service request manager
- Experience as Change or Service Request manager
- Experience from working in an international company
- Must have an overall knowledge of enterprise IT. How Infrastructure and Software links together and what the major technologies.
- Good English written and verbal
- People person a person that likes to build a large network and find it easy to talk to a lot of different people.
- Able to work independently.
- Must be resilient and not get frustrated by conflict. Should be able to push tasks forward in a complex organization.
Nice to Have:
- ITIL v3 or V4 the higher level the better
- Agile certification, the higher the better
- Experience from working at a IT service provider with multiple customers
- Project Management experience
- Incident and/or Problem Manager experience
- Line Manager experience
