Job Description
We're Hiring: Service Operations Coordinator
Connext is looking for a detail-oriented Service Operations Coordinator to support U.S.-based service operations. If you have experience in service coordination, work order management, or back-office operations and enjoy keeping workflows organized from start to finish, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Review customer portals and shared inboxes for new work orders and service requests
• Enter and maintain accurate work order information, including customer, site, and purchase order details
• Validate work orders and coordinate with Account Managers when information is incomplete
• Coordinate service activities with branches and contractors
• Track inspection schedules and follow up to ensure deadlines are met
• Update customer portals with scheduling and service status updates
• Review and upload inspection reports while maintaining organized documentation
• Prepare draft quotes based on inspection findings and supporting documentation
• Assemble invoice packets after service completion
• Monitor open work orders and prepare daily operational reports
Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of experience in back-office, service coordination, operations support, or administrative coordination supporting U.S., Australian, or U.K.-based companies
• Experience using ticketing systems, work order platforms, dispatch systems, or service coordination tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, and basic formulas)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes and checklists
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Able to work independently during U.S. Eastern business hours (night shift)
• Stable employment history
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9PM - 6AM
Candidates are expected to have a reliable work-from-home setup and must be able to report to our Angeles City office if they experience power or internet outages.
