Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Center Manager, located in Caloocan City. The role also entails maintaining strong operational efficiency and implementing process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction while meeting organizational goals.
Qualifications
Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day service center operations
- Ensure timely and efficient service delivery
- Monitor workflow, productivity, and service turnaround time
- Implement operational policies and procedures
Team Leadership
- Supervise, train, and support service center staff
- Schedule manpower and manage attendance
- Conduct performance evaluations and coaching
- Foster a positive and productive work environment
Customer Service Management
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints and resolve escalated issues
- Monitor service quality and customer feedback
- Implement improvements to enhance customer experience
Inventory & Resource Management
- Monitor tools, equipment, and service materials
- Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of assets
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 35 years supervisory or managerial experience in a service center, operations, or related environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and reporting tools
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
