The Qualifications We Seek

  • At least 2+ years of experience in service coordination, parts ordering, or administrative support; background in Automotive Service, Technical Repair, or Field Service is highly preferred
  • Strong proficiency in MicrosoftExcel, including data organization and basic formulas
  • Experience with ERP or CRM systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or Salesforce); willingness to learn and undergo training
  • Excellent written English communication skills for B2B email coordination with vendors and healthcare clinics

Your Daily Tasks

Technician Support:

  • Coordinate schedules and service calls via ERP (NetSuite)
  • Act as the bridge between client needs and technician schedules

Parts Coordination:

  • Source parts from vendors
  • Request quotes from vendors
  • Manage the Part Master database
  • Ensure no duplicate entries and maintain accurate pricing

Inbox Management:

  • Triage the shared Service Team inbox
  • Prioritize inquiries based on urgency
  • Resolve 95% of inquiries within 24 hours

Data Accuracy:

  • Maintain a clean and accurate customer database
  • Track equipment serial numbers
  • Monitor warranty status
  • Record installation dates
