The Air Station Inc. is looking for a reliable and hands-on Service & Support Engineer to support the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and servicing of medical and sleep diagnostic equipment, including PSG (Polysomnography) systems. This role involves local travel and outstation assignments to support customer sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site surveys and advise customers on installation requirements.
- Install, commission, and configure biomedical equipment, including PSG systems, in compliance with manufacturer and hospital standards.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and safety checks (e.g. electrical leakage tests).
- Respond to service calls, troubleshoot issues, and carry out corrective maintenance.
- Support equipment setup for events and, where required, assist clinical teams in operating theatres.
- Prepare quotations for service contracts and repair works.
- Be on standby after working hours on a rostered basis for service support related to sleep products.
- Travel locally and work outstation as required.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Biomedical Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years experience in installation and maintenance of hospital biomedical equipment.
- Experience with PSG or sleep diagnostic equipment is an advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with diagnostic tools and test equipment.
- Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.

- Willing to travel and support outstation assignments.
