Job Description

About the role:

Communicate with customers on work requests and conveying these requests to the Production Control and Service Workshop Section with the objective of ensuring that customer requirements are addressed within the standard service procedure. Markets the services offered by the Company.

Responsibilities:

  • Listen to customer concerns, document the issues, and gather detailed information about the vehicle's performance to provide clear explanations of recommended services, repair procedures, and associated costs.
  • Performs vehicle checklist and secures personal belongings of clients are properly accounted/returned. Ensures that the customer confirmed/acknowledged the result of the checklist performed.
  • Coordinates with Production Control for the real time repair status to keep customers informed about the progress of their vehicle's service, including unexpected issues or changes in cost.
  • Checks actual condition of the vehicle andconfirms that the requested job is performed before unit release. Explain to the customer the details of the job/s performed including the actual costof repairs and additional recommendations.
  • Prepares Body Repair and General Repair estimates from repair recommendation at all times and ensure that the estimates are communicated to the customer and converted to actual job.
  • Prepares and maintains sales reports regarding status of all accounts.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of automotive course or Mechanical Engineering
