Hiring: Service Advisor

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Clearly explain automotive issues, repair solutions, and service recommendations to customers
- Provide accurate service estimates and discuss potential costs with customers
- Schedule service appointments and manage the service workflow to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
- Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure that repairs and services are completed according to customer specifications and within set timeframes
- Promote the company's products and services, including maintenance packages, repairs, and parts, to customers
- Upsell additional services and products based on customer needs and vehicle condition
- Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Ensure that all customer inquiries are responded to promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate service records, including customer information, service history, and invoices
- Ensure all service orders, repair details, and billing are documented correctly
- Communicate effectively with technicians and other team members to ensure services are performed according to customer needs and quality standards
- Send reminders to clients for PMS schedule and follow-up
- Report service activity, customer feedback, and performance metrics to the Service Head
- Maintain regular updates on service performance and customer satisfaction
- Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of the department and company goals
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Automotive Technology or any related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Service Advisor
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes, parts, and basic diagnostics is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to explain technical information in a clear and understandable manner
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, etc.)Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Willing to be trained and adaptable to company processes and standards
