SERVICE ADVISOR - AUTOMOTIVE

The Service Advisor will serve as the link between customers and automotive technicians, ensuring that vehicle concerns are properly assessed, communicated, and resolved.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related course
• With experience as a Service Advisor, Automotive Technician, or similar position is an advantage
• Knowledge of vehicle repair, maintenance, and automotive parts
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Computer literate and able to prepare service/job orders
• Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Willing to work under pressure and meet service targets
• With valid driver's license is an advantage
