Role Description The Server / Bartender Boracay role is a full-time, on-site position based in Boracay. Day-to-day tasks include taking guest orders, serving food and beverages, preparing and mixing drinks, and ensuring tables and bar areas are clean, organized, and properly stocked. The role involves guiding guests through menu offerings, handling payments accurately, and following company standards for service, safety, and hygiene. The Server / Bartender collaborates closely with the kitchen and bar team to provide timely, courteous, and consistent service. This position requires a guest-focused attitude, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

Experience in food and beverage service, including order taking, serving, and bar operations.
Strong customer service skills, with a friendly, professional, and guest-centered approach.
Basic knowledge of cocktails, mixed drinks, and bar hygiene; willingness to learn house recipes and standards.
Ability to handle cash and electronic payments accurately, with attention to detail and integrity.
Effective communication skills in English; additional local languages are an advantage.
Ability to stand for extended periods, carry trays, and work in a busy hospitality environment.
Previous experience in restaurants, bars, or hotels is preferred but not required.
Commitment to punctuality, teamwork, and adherence to company policies, including dress code and safety procedures..
Residing in Boracay.
