Serivce Now Developer

Description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development and administration, and will be responsible for configuring and enhancing our ServiceNow platform to better serve our business needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure ServiceNow applications and services to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Implement and maintain ServiceNow modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog.
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and enhancements while ensuring system integrity and performance.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for processes and system configurations.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow issues and user queries.
• Participate in the design and development of new features and integrations with other systems.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5-15 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Proficient in ServiceNow modules, particularly Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Catalog.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AJAX for customization and scripting.
• Experience with ServiceNow Glide API and REST/SOAP web services.
• Ability to design and implement workflows and business rules in ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices related to IT service management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
