Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist (Mandarin Speaker) to develop and execute search engine optimization strategies that improve organic visibility, traffic, and conversions. The ideal candidate is a Filipino citizen fluent in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) with strong technical SEO expertise and experience in performance-driven digital marketing, preferably within the iGaming / sportsbook industry.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings

Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend analysis

Optimize website structure, content, and landing pages for search engines

Perform on-page, off-page, and technical SEO improvements

Monitor website performance using tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and others

Analyze SEO data and provide detailed performance reports with actionable insights

Manage link-building strategies and outreach campaigns

Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are applied

Stay updated with search engine algorithm updates and industry trends

Support multilingual SEO initiatives, especially Mandarin/Chinese market optimization

Coordinate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and regional teams

Qualifications

Filipino citizen

Fluent in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) and English

Bachelors degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or related field

510 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing

Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO

Experience using SEO and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.)

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills

Experience in iGaming, sportsbook, or sports betting industry is highly preferred
