As an SEO Specialist, you'll be responsible for owning and executing our organic search strategy to ensure search visibility, backlink profile growth, and strong SEO health. You'll improve search rankings, build our link acquisition systems, and maintain website optimization across all properties. What You'll Do
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic.
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-value opportunities for content and optimization.
- Perform competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities in our SEO approach.
- Provide strategic SEO direction and recommendations to the marketing team.
Backlink Building & Off-Page SEO
- Develop and execute link-building strategies to grow our domain authority.
- Conduct outreach to relevant websites, blogs, and industry publications for backlink opportunities.
- Identify and pursue guest posting, partnership, and PR opportunities for link acquisition.
- Monitor and disavow toxic backlinks as needed.
On-Page Optimization & Content
- Optimize existing pages (meta titles, descriptions, headers, internal linking, etc.).
- Work with Content Writer to create SEO-optimized blog posts, landing pages, and FAQ content.
- Provide SEO guidance and content briefs to content creators.
- Ensure all new content follows SEO
- best practices.
Monitoring & Maintenance
- Conduct regular SEO audits to identify and fix issues.
- Monitor site performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools.
- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversion metrics.
- Identify and resolve crawl errors, broken links, and indexation issues.
- Stay updated on Google algorithm changes and adjust strategy accordingly.
Reporting
- Create monthly SEO performance reports with actionable insights.
- Track and report on KPIs, including organic traffic, rankings, backlinks, and conversions.
- Present findings and recommendations to marketing leadership.
What You'll Bring
- 2-3 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, fintech, or tech
- Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO best practices
- Proven experience in link building and outreach campaigns
- Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog,
- Google Analytics, Search Console)
- Experience with keyword research and competitive analysis
