Strategic Leadership & Expertise
Act as a subject-matter expert when it comes to building an online presence through SEO
Serve as the designated QA of the team for specific SEO tasks and projects
Propose high-level strategic recommendations that go beyond the technical aspect of SEO execution
Analyze the client's online presence vis--vis SEO trends to come up with custom-tailored, best-in-class service for each project

Collaboration & Communication
Coordinate with project managers, developers, and content writers to assign and actively communicate updates on various SEO tasks
Create, maintain and improve web analytics dashboards, progress reports and reporting tools
Highlight key areas of opportunity in accordance with client goals and objectives
Link building campaigns
Benchmark, performance and work reports
Continuous Improvement & Growth
Monitor the performance of client's SEO campaign, contribute professional insights and develop plans to capitalize on growth opportunities
Stay updated on search engine updates and SEO trends; communicate these to clients and our team
Research, document and maintain SEO best practices and develop processes throughout the company
Contribute passion and ongoing knowledge of digital marketing as a key team member
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of hands-on SEO experience
Strong familiarity with WordPress dashboard and content management
HTML Skills And Website Maintenance Capabilities (highly Preferred)
PPC and Social Media experience (plus, but not required)
Excellent project and account management skills
Strong experience with industry standard tools: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, BrightLocal/Moz, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, HubSpot, etc.

Self-starter with ability to work with minimum supervision
Experience working with teams and coordinating with team leads and department heads
Excellent writing and communication skills
