Job Description
As an SEO & Paid Media Content Specialist, you will develop and execute advanced digital marketing strategies that seamlessly integrate SEO, content marketing, and paid media to drive traffic, increase engagement, and enhance conversion rates.

The Qualifications We Seek
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experiencein SEO, PPC, and content marketing, with a proven ability to drive organic growth and manage successful ad campaigns.
- Expertise in Google Ads, social media advertising, and content optimization for SEO.
- Proficiency in reporting and analytics tools, including Swydo, Databox, Agency Analytics, Looker Studio, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Google Search Console.
- Experience with WordPress and basic HTML/CSS for on-page SEO and website optimization.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and develop actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with ClickUp or Monday is a plus.
Certifications (Preferred but Not Required):
- Google Ads Certification
- Google Analytics Certification
Your Daily Tasks
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Develop and implement advanced SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits to enhance site performance.
- Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headers, content, and internal linking structures.
- Improve site speed, mobile-friendliness, and overall technical SEO performance for better user experience.
- Monitor and analyze search performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and other SEO tools.
Paid Advertising (PPC & SEM):
- Manage high-performing Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Display, Vehicle Listings Ads, and Merchant Centre.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve ad copy, landing pages, and conversion rates.
- Analyze paid search metrics and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Manage ad budgets effectively to maximize return on investment (ROI).
Content Strategy & Marketing:
- Develop SEO-driven content strategies to enhance organic visibility and audience engagement.
- Collaborate with content writers and designers to produce blogs, landing pages, and multimedia assets.
- Ensure content aligns with brand voice, audience needs, and search intent for maximum impact.
- Implement content distribution strategies to expand reach across various digital channels.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze SEO and paid ad performance metrics, providing insights and actionable strategies.
- Generate regular reports to evaluate campaign success and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, search engine algorithms, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
